Their own place to play
Pick a profile to play, view Sparks or manage a nickname.
Welcome Sparks are awarded once per eligible family. Renaming or replacing a profile does not create another welcome award.
The grown-up guide
Start with Gentle and play the first activity together. Children can open Help to pause a game and read its instructions.
Adventures explain why a choice helps or causes a problem. Children receive feedback and a chance to try again. Ask what they might do differently next time.
Current reward settings will appear when the catalogue loads.
Only confirmed awards appear in the child’s spendable balance. A waiting period, daily limit or paused rewards may prevent an award. In-game scores and collected objects are separate from spendable Sparks. Mistakes can deduct Sparks, but balances never go below zero. Children can keep playing unlocked activities at zero Sparks.
View your child’s recorded Sparks activityEach signed-in child has their own nickname, progress and Sparks balance. Manage nicknames and remove profiles under Child profiles. Renaming or replacing a child does not create another welcome award.
Signed-in play saves to the selected family profile when the server confirms the save. On another device, sign in to the same family account and choose that child. Guest play is temporary and does not transfer into a family profile.
Use the family data download to keep a copy of saved account information. It is an export, not an automatic restore file. If progress needs recovery, contact support before replacing anything. Old browser backups cannot be imported into a cloud profile’s Sparks wallet.
Download family data & saved progressExplore the optional daily quest, garden and permanent stickers. There are no streak penalties, and earned stickers do not expire. Heartwing Hollow is included at no extra charge.
Open a package’s contents in Shop & unlocks to see exactly what it covers. Adventure unlocks also include their linked game where listed. Collections cover their current listed content, not future releases. Moving an adventure to a different world does not remove the family’s entitlement.
Gina and the Five Lanterns is a standalone expedition with five chapters and fifteen missions. Check a collection’s contents to see whether it is included. Current individual prices and Sparks costs come from the administrator’s catalogue.
Available payment and Sparks options are shown in Shop & unlocks. Please review each item’s contents and price before confirming an unlock or purchase. An administrator’s access grant adds content access only, not a promotional Sparks bonus.
Suggested starting ages describe the skills needed to begin and are practical recommendations, not formal age ratings. Younger children may enjoy playing with help; later stages can be more challenging. Independent reading depends on the child’s reading ability.
Melody Maker supports free play from around 4 and composing from around 6. Heartwing Academy offers year-based learning for Years 1–6. Choose activities to suit your child’s current understanding and offer help when needed. Use the app’s sound control for sound effects and its separate music control for background music.
